Description

Former Chief Executive Officer, Stonewall, the largest LGBTQ equality group in Europe (2014-2019) after serving as Deputy Chief Executive. Actively worked for marriage equality in the UK, and a strong supporter of transgender rights. Appointed to the House of Lords as a Dame of the British Empire in 2019.
