Former partner at consulting firm Oliver Wyman where she co-founded and was Executive Sponsor of Gay & Lesbians at Oliver Wyman (GLOW), as well as co-founder and Senior Advisor to Women at Oliver Wyman (WOW). Member of the Board, One Acre Fund, an organization which supplies financing and training to small farmers around the world.
