Labor Party Member of Parliament since 2020. Infectious diseases physician, and researcher with expertise in tuberculosis and international health. She is a senior lecturer at the University of Otago, Wellington, and since 2019 has been a member of the Capital and Coast District Health Board. Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians.
