Chair, LGBT Business Forum, a Polish organization which is working to raise awareness and promote LGBT diversity in the workplace. Board member of the Volunteers of Equality Foundation, one of the main organizers of the Equality Parade. Founder and CEO of students’ organization Queer UW. Former professor at the University of Warsaw and activist in many organizations, including Polish Robert Schuman Foundation, Polish Red Cross, Polish Disability Forum. Transgender.
