Description
Founder of the Bank of London (2018), a clearing bank for business payments that aims to take on clients in mid-2022. Former President and Chief Operating Officer of Uphold (formerly Bitreserve) from 2015 to 2020, a provider of financial services transactions. Formerly Global Chief Information Officer, Nike. Formerly Technology head, and chair of Retail and Business Banking Technology's Diversity and Inclusion Council, Barclays Bank. Chair of the European Diversity Awards, a member of the board of DGS plc and a trustee of the Inclusive Foundation, an LGBT youth charity. Appointed a Board member of GLAAD in 2013, the first non-American to be appointed, and is former Chair of the Finance Committee and Treasurer. Appointed Chair of the British Labour Party’s Business and Enterprise Council (2016) and is a senior advisor to Her Majesty’s Loyal Opposition’s Shadow Cabinet.
