Description

Film and theatre actor, notably in the James Bond movie 'Skyfall' and the film biopic of Freddie Mercury, as well as stage productions of 'Hamlet' and 'Peter and Alice'. Appeared in the film 'Mary Poppins Return' (2018), and the television show 'A Very English Scandal' for which he received a Golden Globe award for Best Supporting Actor (2018) and an Emmy Award for Best Supporting Actor (2019). Partner is composer Mark Bradshaw.
