Description
Manager of Corporate Affairs, Cisco Canada and is responsible for the development and execution of Cisco’s Corporate Social Responsibility Strategy with a focus on large scale technology donations in the healthcare and educational sectors. Develops strategic partnerships with not-for-profits and identifying business development opportunities. In previous roles at Cisco, was a project and program manager and is Project Manager Professional (PMP) certified with a Six Sigma Black belt designation, and has lead large and complex system implementation and process improvement projects for Cisco in Canada and globally. Volunteers his time to various community endeavors, especially in the inclusion and diversity space. He is the founder of Cisco Canada’s GLBT Enterprise Resource Group. Member, Advisory Board, Mark S. Bonham Centre for Sexual Diversity Studies at University on Toronto, and formerly on the board of directors of Pride at Work Canada (2008 to 2012). Wayne is an avid cinephile and enjoyed co-hosting a television talk show examining films and filmmakers.
