Formerly Technology head, and chair of Retail and Business Banking Technology's Diversity and Inclusion Council, Barclays Bank. Chair of the European Diversity Awards, a member of the board of DGS plc and a trustee of the Inclusive Foundation, an LGBT youth charity. Recently appointed a Board member, GLAAD, the first non-American to be appointed.
