Poet, journalist. Notable for her poem 'On a Grey Thread' (1923), considered the first published volume of lesbian poetry in North America. Anti-war activist. Co-founder of the 'Society of Comparative Philosophy'. Known for her alternative spirituality. Partner was Isabel Grenfell Quallo.
