Description

Architect of various Asian buildings and homes, notable as the founder of the 'Tropical Modernism' concept of design incorporating the Western humanist tradition of architecture into the daily needs and lifestyle of tropical Asia. Notable projects include banks, schools, hotels, residences, and government buildings. Designed the island’s Parliament complex as well as many other public buildings.
