Actor, producer, film director. Was the lover of Susan Sontag, with whom she produced the film 'Promised Lands' (1974). Notable films include 'Les Enfants Terrible' (1950). Born Nicole de Rothschild, but changed her name for her acting career. Producer of films 'To Die in Madrid' (1962) and 'La Vie de Château' (1965), among others.
