Writer, essayist, and activist for LGBTQ causes. Co-founder of art collective, Las Yeguas del Apocalipsis (The Mares of the Apocalypse) in the 1980s. Notable books include 'Loco afán: crónicas de sidario' (1996), a collection of interrelated vignettes of the lives of impoverished, marginalized gay men.
