Description

Television and film actor noted for his work in 'Dr. Kildare' (tv series, 1961-1966), in 'Shogun' (tv mini-series, 1980) and 'The Thorn Birds' (1983, tv mini-series), and 'The Bourne Identity' (1998 film). Appeared in several theatre productions in Great Britain. Winner of several Golden Globe Awards for his work. Also a noted artist and painter.
