Description

Jazz and Blues singer and musician, playing for the band 'The International Sweethearts of Rythm', considered the first all-women jazz band. Partner was Tiny Davis, and they both travelled on tour extensively together. Subjects of a documentary called 'Tiny & Ruby: Hell Divin’ Women from 1988', an extra on a DVD documentary called 'Before Stonewall'.
