Founder of both the Boston Lesbian and Gay Political Alliance and Bay State Stonewall Democrats. Former Executive Director, Human Rights Campaign (1989-1995). Political Director for the National Gay and Lesbian Task Force since 2001. Author of 'The Price of Access'.
