Description
Judge on the General District Court of Richmond, Virginia (since 2012) - the first openly gay jurist elected by the Virginia General Assembly. Was dismissed by the Navy when he came out as gay. Former deputy commonwealth attorney for Richmond, Virginia. Former Board Member, Equality Virginia.
