Description
Non-binary magistrate and LGBTQ activist. Magistrate on the Aguascalientes state electoral tribunal from 2022-2023. Worked as an electoral secretary at the National Electoral Institute and as a professor of electoral law at the Autonomous University of Aguascalientes. Found dead in their home along with their partner in an apparent murder-suicide. Also known as Jesus Ociel Baena.
