Description

Ambassador to Venezuela since 2014. Former Deputy Minister of Construction and Housing and Urban Development in the government of Salvador Allende (1973) and member of government (1969-1973). Was arrested and imprisoned during the military dictatorship, and forced into exile in Venezuela in 1976.
