Description
Chief Constable of Gloucestershire Police since 2013, being the first woman to hold the position in its 174 year history. Formerly divisional commander for North Worcester, Assistant Chief Constable with Staffordshire Police (2005-2007), West Midlands Police (where she led the Force on intelligence and neighbourhood policing, 2007-2010), and Northamptonshire Police as Deputy Chief Constable (2010). Vice-president of the British Association for Women in Policing (BAWP) for eight years.
