Description
Founder, Gay and Lesbian Organization of the Witwatersrand, and considered the first person to address the United Nations on LGBTQ issues when she spoke at the 4th UN World Conference on Women in Beijing in 1995. Journalist and filmmaker noted for her numerous documentaries, including 'Simon and I' (2001).
