Description

Transgender physician at St. Joseph's Healthcare, Hamilton. Program Director of the Emergency Medicine Training Program, Chief of the Emergency Department, a member of the National Exam Board in Emergency Medicine and served as Secretary Treasurer of the Ontario Medical Association Section on Emergency Medicine. Has served on the MSA Executive since 2007 and in 2013 became the first transgender person to be President of a Medical Staff anywhere in the world. Faculty member, DeGroote School of Medicine, McMaster University. Formerly Callum Ralph Massarella.
