Film, stage, and television actor. Won a Tony Award for Best Actor in the Broadway production of 'Take Me Out'. Won the 2005 Drama Desk Award for Outstanding Featured Actor in a Musical for his role as Oscar Lindquist in the Broadway revival of Sweet Charity. Also appeared in the plays 'Cabaret' and 'Assassins'. Notable in the television show 'True Blood' playing the role of vampire Russell Edgington.
