Description
Activist and an architect of the PACS (civil solidarity pact). Member of the National Consultative Commission on Human Rights (2022-2025 mandate) and Co-director of l’Observatoire LGBTI+. Executive Assistant to the General Management at the Federation of Mutual Insurance Companies of France (FMF). An activist for marriage for all and equal rights for LGBTI+ people, he was president of HES (HES) from 2012 to 2018. He is the author of 'M as in Marriage for All: ABC of Equality' (Jean-Jaurès Foundation, 2014), 'Private Meeting at Citizen Nadaud's' (L'Ire des marges, 2016), and 'Law of August 6, 1942'. He is co-author, with Patrick Bloche and Jean-Pierre Michel, of 'The Incredible History of the PACS' (Kéro, 2019) and, with Arnaud Alessandrin and Flora Bolter, of 'Marriage for All: The violence of a conquest' (The water’s edge, Jean-Jaurès Foundation, 2023).
