Co-founder (with Chuck Forester) of Querelle, a small book publishing press focused on publishing new LGBT book titles (2016). Former Editorial Director, Magnus publishing house (2010-2014). Former Publisher of Alyson Books and was the Senior Editor at Carroll & Graf Publishers. Board member of the Lambda Literary Foundation.
