Description

Founder and President of the Shoqata Gay Albania (Society Gay Albania) in 1994 to fight for LGBTQ rights. Recipient of the Philippa de Souza Award, the top honor given for human rights by the International Gay & Lesbian Association - in accepting the award, he was forced into exile in the United States.
