Former professional football/soccer player. Has played mid-fielder for Aston Villa (2022), Everton (2021, 2006-2013), and Manchester City (2013-2022), amongst other teams. Member of the England National Team since 2006. The 2008 FA Players' Player of the Year and 2011 FA International Player of the Year. Contestant and winner of the reality television series 'I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here' (2022), being the first LGBTQ individual to win the series.
