Actor, notably in the television series 'Smallville' as villain Lionel Luther. Has also appeared in several films, notably 'Gremlins 2: The New Batch'. Appeared in the television movie 'An Early Frost' (1985), a story about AIDS. Received a Tony Award for his role in 'Love!Valour!Compassion!' in 1991, and reprised his role in the film version.
