Founder and Editor of the wiki-style website UK LGBT Archive, an online encyclopedia of British LGBTQ history. Recipient of the Points of Light award (2019). Head of Design, Digital and Social Marketing Executive for Indigo Lighthouse. CEO of Vibrand (marketing, digital design, website design). Established the London 2018 project – the bid to host the Gay Games in London. Founded the charity Sport London. Founded the London Raiders softball club, now the largest softball club in the world, and the London Gay Bikers. Published The Back Pocket Guide to London. Former chair of BNY Mellon’s LGBT employee resource group ‘PRISM’.
