BBC Trust’s Chief Adviser - Wales since 2003, and coordinates its work in Wales in governing and regulating the BBC. Former Director of the National Association of Head Teachers in Wales, and Chief Executive of Plaid Cymru political party. Parliamentary Editor for BBC Wales (1990-1993), responsible for producing two weekly television programmes and organising all political news coverage for BBC Wales, and previously produced the BBC Radio Cymru programme Heddiw.
