Former federal prosecutor, and chief of staff and general counsel of the Chicago Office of Emergency Management and Communications. President of the Chicago Police Board (2015-2018) and then chair of the Police Accountability Task Force. Candidate for Mayor of Chicago (2019). Lawyer.
