Description

Contemporary painter and sculptor. Known for her public sculptures in honour of Oscar Wilde and Baron Benjamin Britten. In 1995, she was awarded the Jerwood Painting Prize (with Patrick Caulfield). In the same year she was awarded an OBE for her services to painting, followed by a CBE in 2010. Paintings appear in the National Portrait Gallery, London.
