Executive Director (since 2024), and formerly Deputy Director since 2010, of Movement Advancement Project (MAP) which is a national think tank that works to advance equality for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people in America. Work has focused on LGBT families, LGBT older adults, and economic security for LGBT people. Her work has been published in the Journal of Health Psychology, Archives of Sexual Behavior, Journal of Family Theory & Review, Policy Matters, Michigan Journal of Public Affairs, and TaxNotes.
