Pulbic Relations Consultant with DHR Consultants. Former Fianna Fail Member of Parliament, 1997-2011. Minister for Community, Equality and Gaeltacht Affairs (2010-2011), and also as Government Chief Whip (2008-2010). Began politics as a Dublin City Councillor (1985-1997).
