Former Formula 1 professional auto racer. Winner of six Grand Prix races during his career for the Jordan (1997), Williams (1999) and Toyota (2005) teams. Sports commentator for SkySport in Germany, and Manager, Deutsche Tourenwagen Masters (DTM). A Laureus Ambassador at the Laureus World Sports Awards for the Laureus Foundation since 2011. Animal rights activist.
