Description

Member, Legislative Council of Hong Kong representing the New Territories constituency since 2012. Founder and deputy spokesman of political group Power Voters, a group which pushes for democratic government. Formerly Chief Executive Officer of Hong Kong Reporter, an online radio station. Was re-elected in 2016 as an openly-gay candidate and with more votes than in 2012. Also known as Raymond Chan Chi-chuen.
