Retired Sports editor with the Bay Area Reporter and the Anchorage Daily News. Founder of Equality Coaching Alliance, a communications network for LGBTQ coaches and their peers. Delegate to the Federation of Gay Games. Recepient of the Tom Waddell Award and appointed an Honourary Member of the Federation of Gay Games. Member, National Gay and Lesbian Sports Hall of Fame (2015).
