Description
Research includes the intersection of feminist theory, queer theory, critical race theory and postcolonialism. Former director of the Centre for Feminist Research at Goldsmith University (2004-2016), and was based in the Institute for Women’s Studies at Lancaster University (1994-2004). Author of the books 'Living a Feminist Life' (2017), 'Queer Phenomenology: Orientations, Objects, Others (2006)', and 'The Promise of Happiness (2010), among others. Blogger at feministkilljoys.
