Founder of INvolve, an LGBTQ membership organization which publishes an annual role model list recognizing leading LGBTQ executives, allies, and future leaders. Executive Director of OUTstanding in Business, the professional network for LGBT senior executives and their allies, whose mission is to improve diversity within the boardroom and create more visible role models to inspire the next generation of leaders. He is also a Stonewall ambassador. Appointed to the Order of the British Empire (2018).
