Global Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) at law firm Clifford Chance since 2019. Director of the referendum campaigns that brought gay marriage to Ireland and Australia. Former Director of Australians for Equality. Active in the Gay and Lesbian Equality Network in Dublin and Director of Gay HIV Strategies. Head of the Equal Future 2018 campaign, a group which is lobbying to change the Catholic church's stance on LGBTQ issues.
