Poet noted for his participation in poetry slams. Notable works include '[insert] boy' (2014, Lambda Literary Award) and the chapbook 'hands on ya knees' (2013). Founding member of the multigenre, multicultural Dark Noise Collective. 2011 Individual World Poetry Slam finalist and the reigning two-time Rustbelt Individual Champion, and was on the 2014 championship team Sad Boy Supper Club. Festival director for the Brave New Voices International Youth Poetry Slam (2014). Author of the books 'Don't Call Us Dead' (2017) and 'Homie' (2019). Recipient of the Four Quartets Prize (2018).
