Journalist with United Press International (UPI) and close confidante of Allen Ginsberg as a member of the Beat Generation. Was found guilty of murdering his acquaintance and supposed sexual stalker David Kammerer when he was young, apparently when Kammerer made sexual advances to him in New York's Riverside Park, a story that made headlines. Bisexual.
